Fed Bid ShortlistSample shortlist

Privacy policy

Effective date: November 2, 2026.

Operated by Fed Bid Shortlist LLC. Site: https://fedbidshortlist.com.

What we collect

If you subscribe or sign up for email updates we store your email address, any NAICS codes you give us, the time you signed up, and the campaign tag (UTM source, for example utm_source=reddit) on the link you arrived from, if any, capped at 40 characters. Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your card details and billing address (used to calculate sales tax); we do not see or store your full card number. We receive your email, subscription status and payment records from Stripe. To limit abuse, the server briefly keeps a hashed form of your IP address in memory. It is not written to our database.

How we use it

We use it only to run this service: to send your weekly shortlists, manage your subscription and tell you about changes to the service. We do not sell or share your email. A database host (Supabase), a website host (Cloudflare Workers) and, for paid plans, a payment processor (Stripe, stripe.com/privacy) process the data for us.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Contact: hello@fedbidshortlist.com. Every email we send will include an unsubscribe link.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. If you arrive from an ad or a post, the link may carry a campaign tag (for example utm_source=reddit). If you sign up, we store that tag with your entry so we can count which channel works. No pixel or cookie is used.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date and, if you are a subscriber or on our email list, email you before material changes take effect.
