Not legal or bid advice

Shortlists, summaries and fit/skip notes are general information based on public SAM.gov notices. They are not legal, bidding or eligibility advice. Notices change, and we can make mistakes. Verify every notice, set-aside, due date and requirement on SAM.gov before acting. You decide whether to bid and are responsible for that decision.

Subscription, renewal, cancellation and refunds

These terms apply to paid subscriptions:

• Price: $149/mo, plus any applicable sales tax. Where we are required to collect sales tax, it is calculated and added at checkout by our payment processor, Stripe.
• No free trial. Your first payment is charged when you subscribe.
• Delivery: Shortlists arrive every Tuesday at 6:00 AM Arizona time, starting the first Tuesday after you subscribe.
• Billing date: you are billed monthly on the same day of the month you subscribed (your billing anniversary).
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Before you pay, checkout shows a clear auto-renewal notice next to the subscribe button, and you must tick a box agreeing to automatic renewal.
• After you subscribe, we email you an acknowledgment with the auto-renewal terms, the price and how to cancel.
• You can cancel anytime, online through the Stripe customer portal link on this site and in our emails, or by emailing hello@fedbidshortlist.com. After you cancel, your access continues through the end of the month you already paid for.
• No refunds. Payments are not refunded, including partial months.
• We will email you at least 60 days before a new price applies, and again 7 to 30 days before it applies; each notice includes how to cancel.
